Duration: 6 week cohort (meeting bi-weekly)
Group size: About 8 women for authentic connection and deeper discussions
Session format: Every other week I’ll send you a 20 minute teaching video to explore on your own. Then, we’ll meet via Zoom for 1 hour to discuss, process, and see how we can apply the teaching to our lives.
Actionable commitment: By the end of each session you’ll craft an “I will…” statement - your actionable next step to live out what God is teaching you. We’ll follow up on these commitments at the start of the next session, and hold each other accountable as we grow together!

Encountering God’s presence in the midst of a busy life
Establishing healthy work-life rhythms
How to create margin for mission, and then to do it in a winsome way
Discovering and using our spiritual gifts
Conflict resolution strategies
How to help others lean into the empowering of the Holy Spirit

Every other Thursday at 9am PST / 12pm EST

Mastering the Secrets of Spiritual Armor
We are called to have the lifestyle of a Spirit empowered missionary disciple-maker, who always has on the spiritual armor.
Nowhere are we told to take off spiritual armor! However, often we lose sight of one or more areas, or the Lord wants us to go deeper in a specific aspect of spiritual warfare.
One of our guiding understandings here is that spiritual warfare is primarily on the offense, rather than primarily on the defense. For instance, we are to end up camped outside of the gates of hades - which is a very aggressive battle plan!! We are not passive and waiting to be attacked. Rather, spiritual armor represents power to go forward.
In this video we briefly go through each of the armor in turn, and explain how they apply practically to our lives today in moving forward in spiritual warfare.
