Understanding Spiritual Gifts: The Gift of the Word of Wisdom… In Under 10 Minutes
WELCOME to Issue #198 of The Seedhead from Alex and Hannah at Dandelion Resourcing - a weekly confidence booster to help you step into naturally supernatural discipleship and mission!
The spiritual gift of a word of wisdom is insight into solving a problem or situation that clearly could not come from your own education, knowledge, understanding, or experience.
It is a heavenly download that shows how to proceed, circumventing numerous false alleys and opening up a solution that is beautiful in its clarity (and often simplicity).
A great example from the Bible is…. (see if you can guess!!)… King Solomon with the contested baby in 1 Kings 3:16-28. That is a cracker of a story!
In this video we’ll give you a clear and concise overview of this gift. It can be immensely useful - especially in your work place - so you’ll also learn how to step into it more intentionally.
Here’s the video:
Next Steps
Before all your church gatherings/meetings, ask God for a word of wisdom, whether in advance or in the moment
When you’re at work or some other decision making situation, do the same process. Trust that Jesus can give you a heavenly download to even the most tricky of problems!

P.S. If you have a story about how YOU or a friend have used this gift, please take a moment to drop us a note about what happened. We love to share real-life stories in future trainings and resources (we’re very happy to change names/ identifiable facts if you wish). And don’t think your story is too small - often, those are the most inspiring, as others can see themselves taking those little steps.
