Why You Need the 3 Circles of a Kingdom Culture

3 circles of a Kingdom culture

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
(Acts 1:8)

→ Do you know how to prioritize both discipleship and mission at the same time?

→ Is your church, group, or ministry struggling to find energy to simultaneously grow and go?

→ Have you found yourself in a place of stress and striving as you try to organize both areas?

Here’s where many churches go wrong: they forget to equally prioritize the empowering of the Holy Spirit in their discipleship and mission. That’s right - by adding in this third element of living naturally supernaturally, you will find greater capacity to do these things!

The naturally supernatural presence of God is the fuel for any sustainable growth in discipleship and mission.

This is far more than a theoretical affirmation of the Holy Spirit’s activity. Instead, this is a deep reliance on His empowering presence.

We need to bring together these three elements - discipleship, mission, and being naturally supernatural - in order to successfully build a Kingdom culture, whatever the size of your group or ministry.

Here’s what this looks like when it’s working properly:

  • Everything is rooted in faith-filled and consistent prayer (such as praying for your lost friends by name every day)

  • Healings take place both inside and outside the church

  • Deliverance from the oppression of evil spirits takes place

  • Listening to the voice of God is normal and normative behavior for all believers, from the youngest to the oldest

  • The various gifts of the Spirit inform and shape our discipleship and missional endeavors

  • There is a willingness to persist in looking for the Spirit of God to move, even when things aren’t happening as we might wish

  • The culture is neither selfish, shallow, nor striving

We have created a tool that demonstrates how to build a Kingdom culture, which draws together discipleship, mission, and a naturally supernatural lifestyle.

The 3 Circles of a Kingdom Culture acts as a both a descriptive tool and, more importantly, a diagnostic analysis.

This short video explains the concept by giving you a 3 minute high-level overview (with a bonus shot of an explanation of our Dandelion name and logo!) of how all discipleship, mission, and naturally supernatural activity can interact to form a Kingdom culture.

Then read on to find out how we can help you do this in your specific context - by drilling down far deeper in all aspects, your leadership team will be equipped to significantly move your ministry forward.
