How to Start with Hospitality

hospitality

"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling."
(1 Peter 4:8-9)

There is a huge difference between hospitality and entertaining! The latter feels pretty stressful (because the focus is on possessions), while the former is far easier (because the focus is on people).

In this 3 minute video, Hannah shares some simple first steps and inspiration for becoming a more hospitable person and household.

Homework

  1. Who specifically will you invite round in the next 14 days?

  2. How will you keep the focus on relationship building, rather than fussing over the details?

  3. Who can coach you into becoming a better host?
